<p>We’ve all been there: staring at the cluttered kitchen counter, that overflowing laundry basket, or the chaotic junk drawer, feeling completely stuck. You want to make progress in your home, but the thought of where to even <em>start</em> feels so overwhelming that it’s easier to just put it off… again. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. The cycle of procrastination when it comes to our living spaces is something so many of us struggle with.</p>
<p>But here’s the good news: you don’t have to stay stuck in that cycle forever.</p>
<h3>Why We Procrastinate on Home Projects</h3>
<p>First, let’s get real about why this happens. Procrastination around your home is often a form of self-sabotage. When the idea of tackling everything feels too big or too stressful, your brain goes into protection mode. It wants to keep you in your comfort zone, even if that comfort zone is making you feel exhausted or frustrated. It’s not about laziness; it’s about feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start.</p>
<p>Sound familiar? If so, you’re in the right place.</p>
<h3>Simplify and Prioritize</h3>
<p>The secret to breaking the cycle of procrastination is to simplify and get laser-focused. Overwhelm loves to trick you into thinking you have to handle <em>everything</em> at once, but that’s just not true. Instead, choose one or two high-impact tasks and let the rest go for now.</p>
<p>For example, you could:</p>
<ul>
<li>Clear off just one cluttered surface, like your coffee table or kitchen counter.</li>
<li>Organize a single drawer, not the entire room.</li>
<li>Do a quick brain dump of everything swirling around in your mind to free up mental space.</li>
</ul>
<p>Once you pick your one task, set a timer for 15-20 minutes. The goal isn’t to finish everything but to <em>get started</em>. Because here’s the thing: once you take that first step, the momentum starts to build. You’ll be amazed at how one small action can make a huge difference.</p>
<h3>It’s About Getting Started, Not Getting Perfect</h3>
<p>One of the biggest obstacles to overcoming procrastination is the belief that everything needs to be perfect. But progress, not perfection, is the key here. Taking any action—even if it feels small or insignificant—can lead to powerful momentum. It’s not about doing it all perfectly; it’s about taking back control, one step at a time.</p>
<p>When you simplify your to-do list and focus on just one thing, you create space for success. Instead of spreading your energy thin over too many tasks, you direct it where it matters most. And remember, small steps <em>add up</em>. They create powerful shifts when they’re aligned with your intention to make your home feel more peaceful and supportive.</p>
<h3>Let the Momentum Carry You Forward</h3>
<p>Starting is the hardest part, but once you get moving, things often become easier. Think of it like pushing a heavy boulder—initially, it takes effort to get it rolling, but once it’s in motion, it’s much easier to keep going. Use that same concept in your home: let those first 15-20 minutes be your push, and let the momentum build from there.</p>
<h3>A Simple Challenge for You</h3>
<p>So here’s a challenge for today: choose <em>one</em> area of your home that you’ve been avoiding and spend just 15 minutes working on it. Maybe it’s your nightstand, the pile of mail by the front door, or that never-ending laundry basket. Just start, and let the momentum carry you forward. You’ll be amazed at how much lighter and more accomplished you feel afterward.</p>

<p>First things first – let’s clear out that clutter. It’s wild how much stuff can pile up in our living spaces. Grab a basket or a box and do a quick sweep, removing anything that doesn’t belong or doesn’t spark joy. Be ruthless – if you haven’t used it in the past six months, it’s gotta go. Donate it, recycle it, or toss it. You’ll instantly feel lighter and more in control.</p>
<h2>Step 2: Define Your Fabulous Zones</h2>
<p>Your living room is your playground, and it should cater to all your fabulous activities – from lounging and entertaining to reading and maybe even a bit of work. Create distinct zones for each purpose. Set up a chic reading nook with a comfy chair and good lighting, carve out an entertainment area for your TV and gadgets, and maybe a small, stylish workspace if you need it. Having these zones helps keep things organized and ensures everything has its place.</p>
<h2>Step 3: Elevate Your Storage Game</h2>
<p>Smart storage is everything. Invest in some chic baskets, bins, or ottomans that double as storage. Use these to tuck away blankets, magazines, and other bits and bobs. Floating shelves are a fabulous way to display your decor while keeping surfaces clutter-free, just don&#8217;t put them over any seating such as the sofa or a chair. Feeling like you say this every January and then end up in the exact same place the next year as you were at the beginning of the last? I remember one day reading my goals that I had written an entire year prior and I hadn’t achieved one of them. NOT ONE!! So if this is you, I hear ya Sista! Loud and clear. It took me years, but I finally figured it out. In order to bring in something new, you first have to release the old and make space for the new!! #truth Then, and only then, can you remove that stuck energy and finally welcome in what you want.</p>
<p>So in this post, I am going to give you my favourite, and most effective ways to clear space in your home so you can free yourself from that stuck energy and finally welcome in all those amazing things that you have wanted…maybe for a very long time! Is it finally losing those last pounds? Maybe making more money? Or finding your soulmate? Whatever it is, let’s get rid of the old, clear your space, and get you welcoming in what you want. Once and for all!</p>
<p>Now clearing space in your home is a three-step process, but each step itself will make a massive difference in how you feel and will create dramatic shifts in your life. So here we go.</p>

<h2><span lang="EN-US">Conquer the Clutter</span></h2>
<p>First, yes you guessed it – get rid of the clutter! But did you know that decluttering is actually one of the fastest ways to crank up your manifesting mojo and clear space for some serious amazingness to show up in your life? Here’s why. The Universe LOVES order (and this itself is a huge part of a feng shui practice). So if you get rid of the clutter and keep your home clean (we’ll get to that in the next section) then you can’t even help but attract good things into your life because you are creating the space you need for them to appear. Clutter literally acts as an energetic barrier that stops you from flowing with the magic of the Universe.</p>
<p>Now depending on how much you are holding onto, this may feel like a huge task for you. But don’t get overwhelmed. You can do 10 to 20 minutes of decluttering every day and before you know it, you will be feeling the shift in your home and in your mind. This seriously can be life-changing. You will literally feel the difference. Your days will start to flow. You’ll sleep better. Your anxiety will start to reduce in dramatic ways. I promise you.</p>
<p>Now I’m not going to leave you alone here. I have created a <a href="https://view.flodesk.com/pages/600cd1e7238f582ee94a8e65">checklist</a> of things to declutter in your home in only 10 minutes a day. You can grab it <a href="https://view.flodesk.com/pages/600cd1e7238f582ee94a8e65">here</a>. Print it off and then make a game of it – put it on your fridge or where you can see it throughout the day and check one item off every day. Be sure to come back to this post and let me know the difference it is making in your life!</p>
<p>But before you start, here are my favourite clutter clearing tips (this works with all kinds of things, including your thoughts – but that’s for a future blog post).</p>
<p>The first step is to become aware of your clutter. Look around you and really SEE the clutter. We can get to a point in our lives where we become so busy and disconnected we literally stop seeing the clutter around us. It just becomes a part of the canvas of our everyday lives. But we feel it. Trust me. So the first step is to become aware of it. Walk through your home and really see the clutter. Just take note of it. You don’t have to do anything with it yet.</p>
<p>When you decide it is time to finally get rid of that clutter, with each item ask yourself three questions and then make a decision. Don’t hold off. Don’t decide to decide later. Make a decision for every single item. Here are the three questions I want you to ask yourself:</p>
<ol>
<li>Is it serving me?</li>
<li>Do I really want it?</li>
<li>Is it current or outdated?</li>
</ol>
<p>Get real here. Your brain is going to want to trick you into keeping everything. Don’t let it. You need two yes’s and a no here in order to keep something. And yes, you can add the ever-so-popular “Do I love it?” question – but be careful with this one. It can be easy to convince yourself that you love things that you really don’t. Our objects can create a lot of emotional attachment that can easily get misconstrued as love when in actuality it is just triggering a fear of lack. Remember the key takeaway here – when you say goodbye to what you don’t want, you begin to create what you do want. And aren’t you ready for that?</p>
<h2>Magical House Cleaning</h2>
<p>Second, do some magical house cleaning. Now house cleaning doesn’t need to be boring or a lot of work. When you add your intention to it, it really can be magical!</p>
<p>When it comes to your health, cleaning is actually great exercise on a very basic level, and with some energy, it helps produce endorphins – the feel-good hormones that elevate your mood. So it actually makes you feel better on so many levels! Cleaning regularly with natural products helps to keep your air more free of allergens that amp up your immune system and stress out your body.</p>
<p>Now from a Feng Shui perspective, cleaning your house can really generate Chi energy or life energy, which can be blocked by dust, dirt, and clutter around your house. Cleaning is an antidote to stagnation! When you clean you keep the energy moving. Cleaning is the ultimate form of space clearing. When you are cleaning you are literally clearing the space of everything that doesn’t belong in your home.</p>
<p>Since your home reflects your personality, make sure you keep it clean, clutter-free, and sparkling to let that positive energy in.</p>
<p>Cleaning literally connects you energetically to your home. The more Tao connection you have to your space, the more powerful you will be in the space. So that connection will be stronger when you actually clean your home.</p>
<p>Here are a few of my cleaning tips that make it extra space clearing:</p>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1">First, when you are cleaning your home and want to open up to more vibrant energy, and really harness more love and joy in your life, use vinegar in your cleaning solution. The vinegar has a very symbolic meaning. It is thought to detach negative energies from your stuff and is a purifier of things. It really raises the vibe in your home.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The other thing you can do in terms of magical house cleaning if you have carpets take some baking soda, sprinkle it on the carpets as baking soda is very high vibe. I like to add some high vibe essential oils to the baking soda as well. And if you can, add some very fine sea salt and toss that on the carpets as well. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes. A couple of hours is better if that is possible. And then come back and vacuum it all up to create an energetic fresh start.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Also, be sure to focus on your corners. Make sure they aren’t dark. Sweep them. Clean them. Activate them. Your corners need to be active. Energy gets stuck in the corners. Once they are cleaned, sprinkle a drop of essential oil, like sweet orange or lavender, in each to brighten them.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Now sweep and mop your floors. Sweeping is cathartic and it clears a path. Not only is it symbolic (sweeping away what’s not wanted) it is physical and gets energy in motion.</li>
<li aria-level="1">And as a final step in your cleaning process, I want you to light a candle in each room after you do some house cleaning in that room. You can use the same candle and just move it from room to room as you are finished cleaning each one. White candles are perfect for setting an intention and when you infuse a space with more energy while setting an intention, you can create even greater results. And house cleaning is one of the greatest ways to create space to grow.</li>
</ul>
<p>There you have it. Now onto the final step in our powerful space clearing process.</p>
<h2>Powerful Space Cleaning</h2>
<p>Now that your home is clutter-free and sparkling clean, it is time to remove the things from your space that you can’t see. What is that you ask? The negative and stagnant energy that is lingering in your home and blocking you from those things you want.</p>
<p>Space clearing feels amazing and results in so many positive things. Not only does it open your space up to creating more of what you want, but it also frees you from stuck energy, helps you to focus, sleep better, and frees up time for what and who you love. Totally worth it.</p>

<p>A simple but powerful way to do some space clearing is to burn some ceremonial smoke. Most people use sage wands but you aren’t limited to that. You can burn rosemary, lavender, cedar, or palo santo. The options are endless. If you love incense, burning it every day (I love the effect of sandalwood incense) is a super effective way to clear your space of those low vibes. Just be really careful when you are burning anything.</p>
<p>The next one is so easy and you can do it any time and that is to clap in the corners. When you clap in the corners the sound truly clears the stuckness in the space. You can hear the difference in the tone of your clapping as you clap in different corners. So go through your house and clap in all of the corners and keep clapping until you feel they are all lighter.</p>
<p>This one is my fave. Use sea salt to clear space. You can burn it, throw a pinch in the water you are using to clean your house, or put it in bowls and let it absorb the negative energy.</p>
<p>Salt is an incredibly grounding, purifying agent and I like to think of it as a vacuum of space that sucks up all the negative energy we do not need. It’s like the ultimate space lightener. You can take about a cup of normal sea salt in a bowl – use your intuition for how much you think you need in your space. I like to put these where the energy feels stuck or there are lots of arguments that have happened, that’s a big one. You could put bowls of salt anywhere in your home where you feel like it is heavy, where you feel like there’s been trouble, chaos and it feels like you need a fresh start.</p>
<p>I like to leave these bowls of salt for a day, sometimes three days, then dump them in the trash and immediately take the trash out. Don’t let this salt linger in your home once you dump it.</p>
<p>Another one that is so simple is to always have fresh flowers in your space. They are an incredible way to add so much energy to a space without doing much of anything but honouring mother nature. They are completely game-changing. They literally change the feeling in your space. Add some fresh flowers to your space after your house cleaning or space clearing as this is an extra dose of energy that is magnificently powerful and so uplifting for every single area of your home.</p>

<p>When you apply the principles of feng shui to adjust and balance the flow of energy within your home, it will help you to powerfully and effectively transform your home and influence the course of your life.</p>

<h2>Why accessing the power of feng shui can change your life</h2>
<p>Are you ready to dive in and find out exactly what feng shui is and why it can make such a huge difference in your life? In its literal translation, Feng Shui means wind and water. Fundamentally, Feng Shui is the ancient art of enhancing and harmonizing the flow of energy in your surroundings, so you can intentionally manifest what you want in your life.</p>
<p>Now if you are here, chances are you have used visualization, journaling and other methods of manifestation. And they are all powerful but if you haven’t accessed the transformative power of Feng Shui you are missing out.</p>
<p>Maybe Feng Shui has piqued your curiosity at one time but you quickly became confused with all the directions, numbers and strange symbols you were told to put in your home. I’m not talking about that kind of Feng Shui.</p>
<p>What I teach and practice is a modern form that is all about the art of placement and the flow of energy in your space. It is a practice of creative expansion and self-actualization, and in this modern school of Feng Shui there are no complicated compass directions nor numerology required.</p>
<p>This form of Feng Shui is based on energy, intention and collaboration. And while there are spiritual components to this practice, at its core it is based on sound science. And I have seen it work for people over and over again to achieve massive transformations in their lives bringing them more abundance, prosperity, love and whatever else they wanted to create.</p>

<h2>Your home is an outer manifestation of you</h2>
<p>Now take a moment to think about your home. If that is where you are right now, pause to look around you. How would you describe your home? Is it welcoming, untidy, elegant, functional?</p>
<p>However you are seeing it, realize that what you are looking at is the outer manifestation of what is inside of you. Everything in your outer life (especially your home environment) mirrors your inner self. In addition, everything in your home has an effect on you.</p>
<p>There was a time when my home was a mess. And this was certainly a reflection of what was going on inside of me. Looking back, I can see how much of a mess my life was at the time. So I got intentional. Cleaned up my stuff both in my home and in my mind, and things began to radically shift and change. The transformation was incredible!</p>
<p>Most people have no idea of the impact their homes, and their work environments have on them. They respond unconsciously to their environments, having no idea how they are being affected. On some level, consciously or subconsciously, you have chosen where you live. You have chosen everything inside of your home and where you have placed it. It all has a significance and directly affects you. Your home is the living portrayal of everything you are and what is happening in your life.</p>
<p>But the good news in all of this is that you can easily change your environment to have a profound effect on your life! How exciting is that?</p>

<h2>Using energy to create what you want</h2>
<p>Feng shui allows you to work with the energy in your space to activate what you want and clear what you don’t. So the most important concept you need to understand is that everything is alive and filled with life force energy. And I mean everything. Everything is filled with spirit and conscious intelligence. Our homes are literally alive. The consciousness of the things in our home such as our furniture and decorative items, is different than our personal energy, but they are a part of universal consciousness.</p>
<p>Everything on our planet is pulsating with energy. In Feng Shui, this energy is referred to as Chi.</p>
<p>This pure energy is all around us even though we may not see it until it affects something in our physical reality. Think about it…you can feel energy. In a space. In objects. Experiment with this. Pick up something that you can hold in your hand and feel the energy within it. When we learn to connect with that energy, and work with the flow of it, incredible things begin to happen.</p>
<p>So in its essence, Feng Shui is about living consciously on Mother Earth and enjoying the highest quality of life force possible. It is the art of balancing, harmonizing and enhancing the flow of natural energies, and since all things are permeated by these energies, this ancient art really can be applied in one way or another to everything we do.</p>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>If you’ve followed my work long enough you know I’m all about using the Universal Laws to deliberately create your life. I get so many people asking me how they can find peace, happiness, stop worrying and let go of their fear. Well out of all of the Universal Laws, The Law of Polarity is the one to reach for when this is what you seek.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2>What is the Law of Polarity?</h2>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">The Law of Polarity says that everything in this Universe is duel</span>, meaning it has an opposite and one can’t exist without the other. And these opposites are the exact same thing, the same vibration, just at a different frequency. For example, hot and cold, sad and happy, up and down. How do you know what cold is? Because you have experienced hot. You’d never feel happy if you’ve never been sad. But they are essentially the same thing, just at a different vibrational frequency.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2>How do you use it?</h2>
<p>You are probably saying right now, “So what? How does this knowledge bring me peace?” Because these opposites exist on different ends of the same spectrum, you have the power to make a conscious decision to move from one end of the spectrum to the other mentally and/or physically. This is what you control. You can use your thoughts to go from hate to love; from sad to happy, from mad to glad etc.</p>
<p>What this really means is <span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">you can always choose to have a different experience, emotion, feeling and reaction</span>. This is where your power is.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2>How to find peace</h2>
<p>But going from sad all the way to happy might seem impossible…after all, it’s a long way up the emotional guidance scale. So here’s the thing. As long as we get to neutral, that place right in the middle between sad and happy, we interrupt the vibrational frequency that attracts things we don’t want into our lives.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">How do we get to neutral? Let go. Surrender. Live in the now…right here in this moment.</span> It really is all that you have. The past is an illusion you can never return to, and the future has yet to be created. You create the future from where you are right now in this moment, so when we go to neutral we are in the flow. Then as we get better and better at reaching this vibrational space, we can work on increasing our frequency up the scale to happy and attract into our lives the things we want even faster.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold';"><strong>The main point:</strong> </span>We live in a world of duality and opposites. If there is a negative there must also be a positive. Everything is equal and opposite and we possess the mental alchemy to go from one state to the other.</p>
<p>You’ve got the power to live a life you love. You really do.</p></div>

<h3 class="Body"><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-US">Step</span></span><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-US"> #1: Release your weaknesses</span></span></h3>
<p><span lang="EN-US">If you are like I was, the voice inside your head may be telling you things like you aren’t good enough, pretty enough, smart enough. This voice repeatedly tells you that you don’t deserve to have the things you want.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">If this is the voice you are hearing in your head, chances are you are suffering with it in quiet desperation. This is the voice of your ego and as long as this is the voice to which you listen, you will continue to live your life in anxiety and struggle.</span></p>
<p class="Body"><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">The first step to connect with your true self is to release the weaknesses on which you focus.</span></p>
<p class="Body">If your thoughts don’t feel good, they aren’t true. These ‘weaknesses’ are simply false concepts that have been placed in your mind at some point, created limiting beliefs that are now holding you back.</p>
<p class="Body">When you recognize they aren’t true, and call them for the falsehoods they are, you can begin to release them and replace them with powerful beliefs and thus begins the transformation of your life. Remember they are simply illusions, so let them go. And as you do, you will begin to experience your true power.</p>
<p class="Body"><span lang="EN-US">Begin to change the voice in your head from one of negativity and conflict, to the voice in your heart that supports you, honours you and helps you to create a life of ease and flow. From this place you will be able to easily and consciously create a life filled with love, joy and the manifestation of your greatest desires.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">Step #2: Use your intuition</span></h3>
<p>The voice I encourage you to <span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">listen to is the voice of your higher self</span>, the one that speaks from your heart.</p>
<p>This is the Divine within, the presence that eternally holds you in its arms and knows the truth of your perfection. It is the essence of who you are and has never stopped seeing you through the eyes of love, just as a mother sees her newborn child. Your Essence has always been there, and always will be, whether you listen to it or not.</p>
<p>The acknowledgment of our innate perfection must be our starting premise or nothing we do will ever bring us the freedom and fulfillment we seek. Instead it will put us on a never-ending journey of trying to fix, change or improve what we think is wrong or lacking in order to finally be “enough.”</p>
<p>When you listen and move forward in your life by allowing yourself to be guided by what you hear from this unconditionally loving place, things begin to change. Life suddenly becomes magical.</p>
<p>One way your true self speaks to you is through your intuition.  The dictionary will tell you intuition is “<em>the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning</em>.” But we must go deeper.</p>
<p>It is the voice of our true self guiding us on our way. Your true self is really just another way of saying your spiritual self, because we are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experience. And when we listen to our higher self, our intuition, the magic happens. We then have the ability to know something directly without analytic reasoning, and at that time we bridge the gap between the conscious and unconscious parts of our mind.</p>
<p>Your intuition is what resonates with you. It is about learning how to pay attention to your instincts and your heart – a high-level internal response to external stimuli that has to do with the heart, the head and the spirit. Intuition is your own best friend – your moment-to-moment inner guidance.</p>
<p class="Body"><span lang="EN-US">So how do you tap into it? First, listen to the analytical thoughts from your head (rejecting any limiting beliefs that don’t feel good as outlined in Step 1). Then ask, how do I feel about that in my gut? How do I feel about it in my heart? Get very clear on how it makes you feel. This will be your truth.</span></p>

<p class="Body">Connect to your intuition. Ask for your truth.</p>
</blockquote>
<p class="Body">The final step is the most powerful way to reconnect with your true self, and when practiced daily it will dramatically accelerate the rediscovery process.</p>

<h3><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">Step #3: Connect with your true self through meditation</span></h3>
<p>The most effective way for you to hear the voice of your true self is through the practice of meditation – stilling your mind and connecting to your heart so the voice of your essence can communicate with you and show you the path to your greatest joy.</p>
<p>This practice not only lights the way, it brings a sense of calm and inner peace to your daily life.</p>
<p>When meditation is practiced regularly, you begin to connect to your heart and hear the voice within you creating an awareness that you have never experienced before. And when you act on what you hear, your life begins to transform, creating a sense of peace, confidence and joy. In meditation, that loving voice gets stronger and results in us being kind to ourselves in our daily lives.</p>
<p>You must trust that inner voice and ask it every day to speak to you. From this space of awareness, you will start your day from a more coherent and connected place.</p>
<p>When meditating there are some key practices that will help you to hear the voice of your higher self:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hold your attention to the center of your heart and then breathe. Breath restores us to the safety of the moment. Breathe deeply and bring your conscious awareness to your heart.</li>
<li>Once you feel centred and connected, ask your higher self for guidance. It will tell you if you are on the right path. Some questions to ask are: Who am I? What do I want? What’s my purpose in life? What are my unique skills and talents? How do I use those to serve others and help the evolution of this world? What should I do today to take me closer to my greatest desires? Your heart knows the answers. Don’t allow the voice of your ego to weigh in. Just listen to your higher self.</li>
<li>When you hear the answers, act on them. Swiftly. This will create positive change in your life faster than anything else you can do.</li>
<li>Take a few moments throughout the day to pause, reconnect and breathe. Through this practice you will create a flow in your life. Breathe in your appreciation – that inner ease. Connect again for a moment. Feel your heart. The truth of who you are. And smile. When we pause, calm ourselves and listen to the wisdom of our hearts, our life begins to transform. Follow the lightness in your heart, and it will eventually lead you to a life of purpose.</li>
</ul>
<p>Sit in quiet, connected meditation every day – even just for 10 minutes. Quiet your mind, let your thoughts float on by and listen to that voice in your heart. It may take some time for you to hear the voice of your inner knowing, but it is there. Keep practicing and it will appear.</p>

<h2>What you can expect when you reconnect</h2>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">Once you learn to reconnect with, listen to and act on the calling of your true self, your life will begin to change.</span> You will find helpful synchronicities coming into your life out of nowhere. Allow them to lead the way. You will have a knowingness of their meaning and a confirmation of your deeper connection to your true self.</p>
<p>Everything you need for your total fulfillment is already within you. And when you more truly identify with your higher self—and learn to depend on it for everything—all your needs will emerge without the effort and struggles so often common to the human experience.</p>
<p>Affirm that you will always follow your heart and surrender to that desire. Release the struggle and embrace the truth of who you are. Begin to experience a life that is filled with joy and peace. Then walk freely through the doors that begin to open up for you.</p></div>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>In sitting down to write this piece, my intention is that you, the reader, upon completion of it will have an “ah ha” moment that will leave you feeling empowered and in a position to move closer to your goals at a faster rate than you ever imagined.</p>
<p>By implementing what I am about to tell you, it will seem so simple, almost too simple, but my promise to you is that you will start to see things shift in your life so quickly that you will begin to wonder how you never used this magical tool before.</p>
<p>This simple step is to <span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold';">set your Intention</span>. Not once or twice a day, but throughout your day at various intervals. And in doing so, by the Law of Attraction, you will begin to live the life that you want.</p>
<p>How can it be that simple you may ask?</p>
<p>When you set an intention and then act upon it to demonstrate your commitment, something magical occurs. The Universe begins to put people and circumstances within your reality that support the intention you set.</p>
<p>Remember, <span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold';">it is our thoughts that become the physical things in our lives</span>, and by deliberately setting our intention as we embark on various activities or periods of time throughout our day we will begin to create days filled with the events and circumstances that we desire.</p>

<h2>Set your intention every single day</h2>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">Set your intention every single day and for every action you endeavour to take. </span>By doing so, the world around you will change so quickly you’ll wonder how this simple step remains a secret to so many people.</p>
<p>You may ask why it is important to set your intention so many times during the day. I can tell you that when people first learn about the Law of Attraction they often don’t know what they want. They fear that if they limit themselves to asking for only a few things they may miss out on what they could really have.</p>
<p>Then they begin to gather all of the things they want and their mind gets crowded with these thoughts. However, when you are wanting to consider so many things and when you try to consider them all at the same time, you try to bring forth so many subjects and by Law of Attraction you become overwhelmed and confused.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">The value of setting your intention during various intervals of your day is that you will not attempt to process so much at one time.</span> You simply put forward what it is you want right now, in this moment and you will begin to attract that to you. Then these intentions that you put forward prior to taking specific actions or daily tasks, will begin to accumulate, build on each other and gain momentum. This will begin to move you forward and create the events and circumstances in your life that you have given intended thought to.</p>
<p>Also, it is important to understand that what you are experiencing today, is a result of your thoughts of yesterday, or last week, or last month. Every thought you think is directed towards what occurs in your future and by deliberately focusing on the thoughts that feel good and are with intention, you will be creating your future on purpose rather than leaving it to chance. <span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">As you are wanting and expecting to receive the subject of your intent, it will be.</span></p>
<p>Another useful step is to see yourself as a magnet attracting to you the way you feel at any point in time. When you feel happy you will attract events to you that create happiness. When you feel healthy, you will attract health. When you feel prosperous, you will attract circumstances of prosperity. When you feel loved, you will attract conditions of love. Literally the way you feel is your point of attraction.</p>
<p>So pause many times throughout your day and repeat <span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">“This is what I want from this experience in my life. I want it and I expect it.”</span> As you set forth those powerful words, you attract into your experience what you want.</p>
<p>In the beginning, it is a good idea to carry a small notebook with you where you write down your intention for the upcoming event or situation in your life. This will help to solidify your intention and ensure that is where your thoughts and your focus are. Eventually, the setting of intention prior to every circumstance will become so automatic for you that the notebook will no longer be necessary.</p>
<p>Every circumstance, event and object comes to you only by your invitation by thought. So if you are taking time many times in the day to identify what it is you want and to set forth your statement of desire and expectation, you have so much control over the power of magnetic attraction. No more will you be the victim.</p>
<p>Once you begin to identify many time during the day what you are wanting, you are now an <span style="font-family: 'Glacial Indifference Bold'; font-weight: normal;">intentional creator of your life </span>and will experience only things that bring you great joy.</p>

<li>Say “Here is what I intend from this experience in my life. I want this and I expect it.”</li>
<li>Write it down</li>
<li>Take immediate action towards your intention</li>
